After we finally got it assembled it is everything that I thought it would be. It has sturdy construction and looks nice.
The assembly difficulty resulted from not getting the side rails to lock in. It wasn't until I found the directions on the other side of the padding for the bottom that I discovered how easy it was to put it together. Before I found the instructions I had placed a call to the manufacturers customer service on the weekend and received a prompt callback Monday morning. Good customer service.
