    We use the gate between the kitchen and front hall to keep two beautiful long haired dogs from the front/formal part of our home. We are older and it is very difficult to either climb over or continually take down and put up a gate several times a day. This was the ideal answer. Easy to use, perfect to keep the dogs where you want them, very easy to install. It is also a beautiful piece of furniture and does not take away the beauty of our home. This is a great product I would recommend to anyone.

            I use this gate to keep my 2 shelties and 2 westies in the kitchen area. It is of very sturdy construction and the wood blends in very well with my decor. I love the self closing latch-no more worrying if I closed the gate. It is also very easy for for my grandchildren (ages 5 and 6) to operate.
